Base fee:

1. Registration - DVS (SHVL Member), Retail Manager (SHVL Member), NC DVS, Auxilian, Volunteer, SAL – $395.00
$50 Late Registration Fee Applicable after April 5.
Guests are other full conference attendees. Visitors are spouses, partners, or friends who might wish to attend some or all of the meals. At the end of the registration process, if you do not choose to pay by credit card an invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided in your registration.
2. Registration - DVS (non-SHVL member), Retail Manager (non-SHVL Member) PLUS SHVL Membership – $575.00
Late Registration Fee Applicable After April 5, 2019.
Savings of $125 over non-member option.
3. Registration - DVS (non-SHVL Member), Retail Manager (non-SHVL Member) – $700.00
Late Registration Fee applicable after April 5, 2019.
Save $125 by choosing option 2.
4. One-Day Registration – $200.00
Late Registration fee applicable after April 5.
I only wish to attend the Vendor Show, sessions and meals on April 29.
5. Conference T-Shirt Only - $20
Please send me a separate invoice for a conference t-shirt.

In an effort to keep the conference as cost-effective as possible, we ask you to print and bring this brochure with you. The presenter handouts will be available on the SHVL website (www.SHVLonline.org ) prior to the conference.

Group Rate starts at $219 plus state and local taxes (currently 15.25%).

“Cut-off date” for accepting reservations into this room block is April 5, 2019.
Reservation requests received after 5:00 pm on this date will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability.

All guests making reservations should call Reservations at 1-866-837-4148 and identify themselves as part of the Society for Healthcare Volunteer Leaders 2019 Conference in order to receive the special rate. Conference T-shirt available for only $20. Attendees will be asked to wear the shirt on April 29. (Please note: you can receive a separate invoice for a t-shirt by selecting registration option 5 in addition to registering for the conference). Deadline for ordering shirts is March 31.
