Our primary membership is Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia AND

members from almost all 50 states! 

• Signage at the conference displaying your information submitted by you (logo, description of your company, contact information)
• Recognition on the SHVL website until May 31, 2022
• 2 Digital send out thanking all the vendors via our social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Opportunity at the Networking session on Friday, March 11, 2022 from 5:15pm - 6:30pm to give a brief overview of your company to those in attendance
• Video from you (about 1 minute in length) to be shown twice during the live portion of the conference so it will be seen by those in attendance and virtual attendees
• Listed in our vendor booklet given to all attendees in the Conference Care Box. These will be mailed in advance to the virtual attendees**
• You will receive an electronic list of all attendees within 3 weeks following the conference

**Vendors must register prior to February 16, 2022 in order to be included in the vendor booklet that will be mailed to virtual attendees prior to conference. Vendors who register after February 16, 2022 will be included an updated vendor booklet sent electronically to all attendees.
