Don't know how much others use notes, but we do all the time to keep everyone informed about a volunteer since we have multiple volunteer offices.

Currently there is not a way to post the same note to multiple volunteer records at once.  It would be nice if you could tag the group and post the note to all.  The only option now is to copy and paste which means going to each record. 

If you can see the use for this, please ask Volgistics to consider this for future development.  As we know, the more who request something the higher up the priority list it becomes.
