Our Volunteer Services Department is working towards beginning a Volunteer of the Month program. I would like to know how many of you have one and if you would be willing to share a little information. What is your selection process? Do you have a committee of volunteers that helps with the process? Thanks in advance! 

I recognize a volunteer of the month by having them featured on the front page of my newsletter.  Selection is made by me and is based on that volunteer who has really gone the extra mile and shown to be an asset to the program.  My other volunteers could not vote on this as most are not informed on what the other volunteers do until they read it in the newsletter.  A favorite part of the newsletter, by the way.
