I am actually using a scrubs company now.  Seems much easier to get a variety of selections.  CardinalUniformsandscrubs.com

I use UniformAdvantage.com and I still use Model for the 'smock' type of jacket.

We are considering switching to Sunrise Fashions.  They advertise on the AHVRP website.  We like the quality and they seem reasonably priced.  They seem to have what we are currently using - vest, 3/4 sleeve jacket and cobbler apron.

I use Serendipity.  We are in the process of changing uniforms and they have been very helpful and prompt.  Monograming is perfect.
