For those Hospital who have different sites in your system do you allow your volunteers to volunteer at different facilities at the same time. If so what does it look like, who keeps up with the records, do they have to go through the other sites orientation ,education updates, Etc.
Knowing your situation, are you talking about different hospitals?
In ours, we are talking about different locations, for example Children's South or one of the practices. And the short answer is yes, but we are all using the same database and service descriptions.

I have acute care, rehabilitation, SNF, pastoral, physician practices and Out Patient Imaging. All do the same orientation, one data base, a position description for the specified position (40 of them). All descriptions are kept by DVS. Content is developed in conjunction with the department directors input for their specific needs.
