Can you tell me if you do a preliminary and/or annual evaluation on the volunteers in your facility?  If you do one, will you describe your methods?

in an effort to capture evaluations we began self evaluations last year.  All comments are collectively reviewed.  Competency evaluations are done annually by the Clinical Coordinator for our direct patient care volunteers.
