Volunteer Leaders
For those Volunteer programs that have Falls Prevention volunteer(s), and especially the hospitals that are on EPIC systems, how do you get the list of patients on Falls Precautions to the volunteers for rounding?

Each of our nursing units have patient tracking boards at the nurses station. There is a symbol on the board indicating which patients are high-fall-risk. Also, our volunteers can get a list from the unit secretary, if necessary.
