As 2019 begins, I am always looking for fresh ideas! I would enjoy hearing back from fellow hospital gift shop managers on best sellers and interesting display ideas. I would also like to hear details about the layout of your shops...size ?, where is your register ?, lots of windows ?, good lighting?, security issues?
