Has anyone thought to what criteria or guidelines you may use when we are able to reactivate our volunteers?

We are not at the point of bringing back our volunteers anytime soon.  We will continue providing employees as screeners in main entrances of the hospital and we anticipate this continuing for some time.  We still have no or very limited visitation in the hospital.  As we open up various areas/services of the hospital where volunteers have been, we will evaluate each area at that time to see if volunteers can or should be allowed back into those areas.  The process will be very slow and methodical in bringing back volunteers into the hospital.

I've thought a lot about it, but just have a lot of questions with no real answers. We are still screening employees daily and have a "no visitor" policy. I can't see us bringing back volunteers until those restrictions are lifted.

Among other things I have on a list of considerations:

    - Do volunteers need to sign a specific "covid-19" waiver?

    - How do we handle traffic in our office and at our sign in computer? How often do we clean/wipe down common areas?

    - What about areas that normally have two volunteers in that role?

    - What about volunteers who cannot or otherwise refuse to wear a mask?
