Does anyone have a limit set for all areas in your facility? We are seriously discussing a percentage of gross pay as the upper limit for all charges. I'd love to know if any other places are doing this and what the positive and negatives are.
We allow the employee to payroll $200.00 every two weeks (pay period). We also split their payments, $25.00 and over is two pay periods and $75.00 and over is three.
We established a $250 max in the gift shop at any given time. If their charge is over $50, they could split the charge between two pay periods and over $150 three pay periods.
