When your Gift Shop manager or volunteers go to Market and want to purchase something for their personal use, what percentage off do you give them and how do you handle any shipping charges associated with this.  I would love you to email me your Gift Shop policy.

Hi Cindy, we do not have anything written about discounts for buyers. We have two buyers: the Dir. of Retail and the Gift Shop Supervisor.  We must "claim" the item at market.  We get it at wholesale cost, plus shipping.  If we decide later that we want something that was not "claimed", it is 30% off.

We give all of our shop volunteers and part-time weekend employees a 30% discount.
