Do you have couples who volunteer at your hospital?  I do, and it's frustrating for me that I can't combine these folks as "John & Jane Volunteer" on one label for mailings.  If the letter I'm sending pertains to both, I feel it's insensitive and unprofessional to address it to only one of them.  I've made this suggestion to Volgistics multiple times over a 2-3 year period and always receive the standard "we might consider this in the future" response.  I'm writing to ask for your help.  If this is something that would be beneficial to you (or even if it's not, but you can see the benefit to others) please take time to contact Volgistics.  What's that saying about the squeaky wheel?  Thank you!

I too will make the suggestion.  90% of our communication is via email now, so mailing to the household is not the issue it once was.  We have less than a dozen volunteers who don't have email addresses.
