Hi -
  How do you all perform annual evaluations on your volunteers?  Do you handwrite and mail, e-mail or not do this?  Do you use bullets, write comments, do a pass or fail?  Do you do them all at once or so many a month? My agency is requiring this, I have 200+ volunteers and just myself to do all of these so I want it to be efficient and effective.  If you can include an example on that would be most helpful, thank you.
