I have been blessed with a temporary employee through a temp agency. The hospital is bringing her on full time to help me. I’m trying to think of a title that covers volunteer and gift shop duties. Also what to start her salary at. She has been working with me for a year. No previous experience but catches on quickly.  Any suggestions for title & salary? We are a small rural hospital with 100 beds and 1000 employees.
