Auxiliaries - contracted or just bylaws

     For those of you who have Auxiliaries, does your organization have a contract with the Auxiliary, or just the by-laws?

    Our Auxiliary is their own 501 c3, so they have bylaws.

    Our Auxiliaries are separate 501c3 entities; therefore we have our own bylaws.  The hospital contracts with the Auxiliary for lease of the Gift Shop spaces. We pay a low fee of $10 per year to lease the space.

    Just bylaws. Our Auxiliary is a separate 501c3 as well.
