We are in the process of creating a Volunteer Chaplaincy Program.  Would anyone be willing to share what your requirements are to  be considered a Chaplain/Pastor at your facility? What kind of proof do you require?

Also, any job descriptions or information regarding your volunteer chaplain program would be very helpful.  

Please note, this will be an entirely volunteer run program, and there will not be a paid chaplain on-staff.
