Do any of you have a Stroke Support Program where volunteers or a loved one have experienced a stroke  offer support to stoke patients, their family and/or caregiver? We have identified the value of such a program and have a number of volunteers interested in participating.

I would like information on the Stroke Support Group too. We have an active Mended Hearts group that visits our cardiac patients during their stay. I think stroke visits would be very beneficial too.
