    As part of onboarding, do you have your volunteers sign

    statement of understanding and corporate compliance with code of conduct?

    conflict of interest statement?

    Hi Carol,

    Our volunteers take (most of) the same compliance training that our employees do before as part of the onboarding process. We do also have them sign a confidentiality agreement.

    Our volunteers go through onboarding similar to employees.  Code of conduct, conflict of interested training, corporate compliance etc.  They also sign a confidentiality statement.

    Hi Carol,

    Like Alex, our volunteers receive the same training as employees as part of their orientation.  They sign a volunteer agreement.

    Our volunteers sign a confidentiality agreement, a code of conduct acknowledgment (they are given the same booklet that new employees receive) and a volunteer agreement/release of liability.
