Have any of you dissolved your Auxiliary? If so, what was your process? Due to lack of interest in leadership positions, the auxiliary board has made the decision to dissolve the organization. The executive board will take the proposal to the full board for a vote, then to the General Membership. Our bylaws state where all residual funds will go, and we can earmark those funds for scholarships.
