Hi Nan, could you contact a scrub company that is the closest to your hospital and ask them to come in for a show?  We have a company come in, they are from our town, but they understand the importance of being in our hospital and the employees being able to utilize payroll deduction. They bring in their 6 best sellers, usually Healing Hands, Med Couture, Sketchers, IRG and Cherokee Revolution. He also brings some for the men too. 

He brings one set in each size and mixes the different colors in there so they can actually see, touch and feel the materials and try them on. He takes orders for the scrubs, the employees either use payroll deduction or he accepts cash or credit/debit cards. He gives me 10% of the sales for  the volunteer dept. 

He gives the employees a special price of $25. for the tops and bottoms and $30 for jackets.  He also brings compression socks for $10. per pair and they take them with them that day. The employees love these sales.
