I am interested in creating a new volunteer position as a Concierge at our hospital.  Do any of you have a brochure that you use for your volunteers serving in this capacity with information about your hospital and surrounding community that I could use as a template?  

I would also be interested in seeing any position descriptions for this as I want to be sure the volunteer has enough to keep him/her busy during their shift.  Thanks in advance.
