Does anyone allow chaplain and/or hospice volunteers to take part in your company Employee Assistance Program? (taking part in mental health counseling)?
Yes, we allow all volunteers to take part in our EAP. Just like employees, they get a certain number of free sessions.
We allow all of our Volunteers the same benefits as our employees. It has been a great benefit for some of them facing big changes.
