Hello Everyone!
We are reaching out today to invite you to participate in a national benchmarking survey to gather valuable data about Volunteer Programs in healthcare organizations
This survey is intended for the primary individual with fiscal accountability for a Volunteer Program, typically a Volunteer Manager, Coordinator, or Director. For comparative consistency, we define a Volunteer Program as:
“A structured system with a designated leader who holds fiscal responsibility within a healthcare organization. Volunteer Programs recruit, train, manage, and recognize volunteers who support various medical and non-medical services. They may be single-site or span multiple sites managed under a unified budget or aligned program structure.”
Important: Please ensure that only one response per Volunteer Program is submitted.

Your participation is vital to providing meaningful benchmarks that can inform strategy, planning, and advocacy for Volunteer Programs across the country. All participants will have access to the final report.
Thank you for your leadership and commitment to volunteerism in healthcare.
Warm regards,
Maryellen Brady
