Hi Nancy -
We do use the Volgisitics program, worth the price. With bit of learning curve. The tutorials are really layered but Youtube has a video for nearly every question. I refer to YT because I need an answer asap. I hope this helps.

I use Volgistics and love it. Yes, my application is on our website. I was unsure about not being able to call for help, but I find that they answer questions quickly.
We have used Volgistics for about 8 years and we have sign in computers in each volunteer office that sit in kiosk mode at all times for the sign in page. We also have the sign in link on the intranet so no matter where the volunteer is serving they can sign in on any computer within the system.
