Does anyone have volunteers that distribute medical records to patients?  When patients arrive at the hospital to pick up a disc of their MRI or X-Ray, or any other medical records, we currently have an employee who checks the ID of the person, hands over the record, and signs off that it was done.    That employee is retiring and I was asked to find out if any other hospitals use volunteers for this purpose.
