    Hello friends,

    I need some info "pronto" so I'm turning to the best source I know for help.  I've been asked to re-evaluate salaries for both my gift shop manager/buyer and my volunteer coordinator, and I need it this week, if possible.

    My gift shop manager oversees two shops, 1 assistant, 4 part-time paid cashiers, 26 volunteers, approx. $300K in inventory and over $600K in sales.  She handles all aspects of buying from purchasing to display and everything in between.

    My volunteer coordinator is responsible for all aspects of processing new applicants, except the interview.  She sees them thru all steps of orientation, arranges training, follows up with new volunteers on satisfaction with assignment, maintains ongoing communication with volunteers and staff contacts in the departments, handles complaints to a certain extent, hosts a monthly birthday luncheon, etc.  We currently have 150 volunteers spread over two campuses.
