i have been ask by the leadership of our hospital to research other hospitals that have an assistant that works under the director of volunteer services. if any of you have job descriptions and salary ranges for this position and anything else you can/would share with me, i would appreciate it. i have been ask to share this information with our leadership on tuesday of next week.

I do not have a paid assistant.  However, I am very lucky to have a volunteer that has helped me with the office duties for the past two years.
