To all of you who have paid managers, please help with the question I posted regarding salaries a couple of days ago:

My gift shop manager oversees two shops, 1 assistant, 4 part-time paid cashiers, 26 volunteers, approx. $300K in inventory and over $600K in sales.  She handles all aspects of buying from purchasing to display and everything in between.

I've been tasked with re-evaluating her salary range, so I need some numbers for comparison.  Thank you!
