Have any of you had your Auxiliary dissolve due to lack of members willing to serve in leadership positions on the Board? We're having an awful time getting people to serve. We don't have a President-elect at all. The board just voted to change the structure & terms of service in hopes of attracting some new people, but I'm not sure it will help. Our current President has one more year to serve, but after that..... The nominating committee has approached everybody and we've put out a plea for nominations (self or otherwise) and have gotten zero. It seems our people simply want to volunteer, nothing more. This is definitely not my call to make, but as an Advisor & ex-officio member of the Board, I need to be prepared to discuss the options. I would appreciate any advice from those of you who have gone thru similar situations. Thanks!
