Ok, we are trying to start up a parking lot transport service with golf carts which I know many of you have.  We are meeting some resistance from the Risk Manager over liability issues.  If you have golf cart transport, will you please share with me specifically how your liability/insurance is handled for both the volunteer drivers and the passengers.
