I am thrilled that our organization has a lot of belief in what we do in the volunteer department to allow me to hire a coordinator....i was wondering if anyone has a time line or check list for their coordinator that they would share with me? i am looking for something along the lines of a "To Do List" or "Wish List" for Coordinators...................any assistance would be greatly apprecaited.
