Does anyone have a program that offers neck/hand massages for staff? We are considering having volunteers visit various nursing units and offering a brief neck/hand massage to staff to help ease their stress.

Our Wellness office contracts with the local college (which has a massage therapy program) for therapist students to come in occasionally.  They circulate the morning that these folks will be on campus and get employees to sign up for a 5 or 10 minute time slot (you can't sign up for an hour unfortunately).  These slots fill completely every day they are there.  I don't do anything with it; it is managed through our Wellness office.  It is highly popular!

Our hospital provides a licensed massage therapist who comes two days a week and brings his table.  You can schedule a 15, 30 or hour massage at reduced rates (hospital pays a portion of his fees).

Not only are his services available to staff, but also to our volunteers, just like our emotional wellness counselor and our physical wellness team.

Massages are offered at a reduced rate to all employees and volunteers through our Wellness Program.  A licensed therapist is available through appointment a couple of days per week at the out-patient clinic.
