Incentives for Gift Shop Managers

    Do any of you offer an incentive (monetary or otherwise; above & beyond regular performance review) to your gift shop manager for meeting specific sales goals?

    We do not.  She is paid through our hospital system and her pay increases are consistent with others in the system.

    No we do not.  Annual increases are awarded based on performance.  Pay is consistent with other Health Systems.

    We do not offer extra incentives.  She is a salary employee with goals to reach.  Pay increases depend on % of goals accomplished.

    We do not give additional incentives. She is a salary employee and is paid through the hospital. She reports to our Foundation Executive Director and has sales goals to reach quarterly.  Yearly increase are based on performance and are consistent with the standard our facility sets yearly.
