FTEs for Volunteer Department

    Please provide the number of volunteers in your program and the number of FTEs you have to support the department.

     

    Several have responded but I was asked to post here as well.

    I have 450 volunteers on 3 campuses.  I am full time and I have a part time assistant.

    I have 355 Active Adult Volunteers all year long and 150 college and high school students in the summer only.  I have 3.0 FTE's - myself, Secretary and Gift Shop Manager.

    We have 135 adult volunteers, 42 student (college) volunteers and 40 junior volunteers.  Lifeline, Pastoral Care, Gift Shop, Community programs, Volunteer Services and the Auxiliary are my direct reports.  We have five full-time and two part-time employees. Barb

    We have ~175 volunteers. I am the Volunteer Coordinator (32hrs/wk) and I have an Exec. Asst. who I share with 4 other co-workers. I work in the Foundation/Marketing Dept.

    I'd also be interested in knowing the size of each hospital. Could you please report the number of beds at your hospital too? Cardinal Hill currently has 108 beds.
