Volunteer Leaders
At my hospital we are still keeping track of hours by chiseling numbers into stone....well we do keep hours by manually writing them down and someone has to count them up. Caveman stuff. What other systems do hospitals use who still have several non computer literate people volunteering?

I also use Volgistics. Here is a website that lists all of the volunteer management software that is out there and a link to each of their websites. It also gives a list of things to consider when comparing different software.

Up until last year I too was using the old method. Another DVS recommended Voltrak from Benan Systems. It is not web based. It is a very resonable program (@ $600)and pretty easy to use. I was amazed at all of the reports and functions that I could access. It also has a touch screen system that you can use for vols to sign in.
