The SDVSHO conferences are fantastic!  Every time I attend I come home full of new ideas!  It is a great way to jump start your brain and your enthusiasim for the great work you do every day.  If you converse with your peer group through the egroup and this website, the conference also gives you the opportunity to put a face with a name and develop a network of support.  Jamine
