We are looking at restructuring the Auxiliary Board.  It would be helpful to hear how other hospitals who have Auxiliary Boards are structured (board positions, term limits, purpose, how often they meet, etc.). 

Would you be willing to share the by-laws of your Auxiliary in word format?
