Ok...this question is kind of complicated.  I would like to allow group service which could entail any number of things.  Caroling, making crafts, passing out WHALE packets, assembling and donating snack baskets, etc.  I am trying to figure out how best to track this info for a group ie trying to track hours and/or actual pieces.  If you have groups giving service can you tell me how you are tracking their information?
