Hello,

We are curious to know how you handle giving hours to volunteers that may be carrying a phone for a volunteer position.  We have revamped our NODA Program and our volunteers now carry a phone for one week at a time to receive calls for a NODA event.  Does anyone have volunteers that do this and how are they compensated with hours?  Thanks, Nancy
