We have had Mailroom Volunteers in the past, but the workflow was variable, so there were times they  had nothing to do. So I created a combined service description - "Supply Chain Volunteer" (service description attached)  that is cross trained in mailroom, loading dock, and materials management.  That way, if one of those areas needs help more than others, the volunteer can "float".
