My hospital recently implemented a benchmarking program with Premier, a Productivity Benchmarking Program.  This is to inquire about other hospitals that may be using Premier.  If you are using Premier please answer the following questions:

1.  Number of volunteers in your program

2.  How many beds in your hospital

3.  Average monthly income in your Gift Shop

4.  Do you have paid staff in the Gift Shop?  If so how many and job titles?

5.  Hours of operation in your Gift Shop
