Rebecca - The short answer is, no. 

Outside of the Information Desks, Volunteer Services does not manage any other service at St. Elizabeth.  The two smaller hospitals still have more supervision with Surgery Waiting volunteers. But we have established in the last year that Surgery staff will cover the Surgery Waiting area if no volunteer can be found rather than Volunteer Services staff. 

 I guess you could say that we manage our electronic (email) patient cards (called Care Cards).  No one does that except our office and staff fill in if volunteers are absent (M-F).
