We have recently entered into an agreement with Premier for measuring and managing labor productivity. For those of you who do this as well, please tell me what you use to measure your units of service - adjusted occupied beds, discharges, something else. We're trying to evaluate whether our current measure is in line with other volunteer departments.  Thanks!
