When in attendance at the recent SHVL conference in Charlotte, NC, I attended a breakout session that discussed recruitment, "Increasing Volunteers through Partnership Development".  In discussion, there were a few people that mentioned that they partnered with local factories/companies to recruit volunteers and the companies actually paid their employees for their volunteer hours.  I was seeking some additional information on this program, as far as the layout of the program, how it works, the footprints of it.  Can someone share any information about this?
