Hello SHVL colleagues,
The VP to whom I was reporting has moved on to take a position with another system, so there's some possible restructuring ahead for those of us who reported to Human Resources. I would appreciate hearing about reporting structure in your organizations.

In the 25 years I have been here, I have reported to the Director of Community Relations, VP of HR, COO, and now Chief Development Officer (Foundation).
At my current healthcare system, I report to the VP of Marketing and Healthcare Foundation. However, at other health systems, I have reported to the Director of Marketing, and afterwards that reporting structure changed, the Patient Experience Director.
For most of my time at Pelham Medical Center I have reported to the Director of Operations; however, there was a brief period when I reported to the Director of Quality.
