Volunteer departments with Thrift Stores

    I am wanting to open a Thrift Store in our area and have our volunteers run it. We have 2 other stores in our area. One sales furniture and the other sales clothes. I am trying to collect as much information that I can to prove that this will be worth doing to give to my peers who will need to approve it. So if you can share with me your expereince or send me your phone number, I would love to call you and talk to you about it. As well as possibly visit your store.
