I have  done one Zoom  orientation with a small group ( about 5) new volunteers.  I had to revise our PowerPoint for  a Zoom and we shortened our orientation. We emailed the presentation and the  full handbook and  sent them a test to take to makes sure they read it.  They had a sign and send in  a return to service agreement ( which included all our COVID procedures, etc)  before we could place them. On the first day we hAd them complete paperwork, issue their uniform and  got their badges made. Unfortunately our Zoom capability does not include the  capacity to record.
