Any suggestions on how to sell getting a new POS to my VP? I have many reasons why I need the change but none are big dollar amounts. I am afraid they will not understand the retail business and the work that goes with it. I am horrible at wording things, so any suggestions would be great. FYI... Plan to move from MM Hayes to ARBA.
