Standard Operating Procedures for Gift Shop

    Hello all, 

    Does anyone have Standard Operating Procedures/SOPs for their Gift Shops? I asked my Gift Shop Manager to put one together and even after showing her one for Volunteer Services she isn't sure how to do it. Thought a specific GS example might help her get started. Thank you!!
